Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused adhesive products in their original shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
